Computers and software
All students are provided with a school email address/login.
Students can use the computers in the library, computer suites and breakout areas.
Students can also use the multi-function devices in these areas to print and scan. Students have a set amount of credit on their account for printing at the start of the academic year, which they can add money to.
MICROSOFT STUDENT ADVANTAGE
Office 365 Pro Plus entitles Silverdale students/staff to download local copies of the full version of Microsoft Office software, including familiar Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Lync and Publisher on up to 5 personal devices.
Office 365 Pro Plus can be downloaded through your school email account. To access this benefit use your school email login details at office.com/getoffice365
The following products are included with the Office 365 ProPlus subscription:
- Office 365 ProPlus for PC or Mac (Office 2016 base applications),
- Office Mobile for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad / Office Mobile for Android.
