Students celebrate GCSE success!

Our Year 11 students celebrated GCSE and BTEC success after 18 months of challenging times.
Having experienced Covid lockdowns, remote learning, health scares and mental health challenges, our students were able to take a moment to celebrate their hard work.
Head of School, Sarah Sims said:
"It's been a real joy to welcome students back into school and celebrate their hard work and achievements. There are some outstanding stories of students who have battled the odds to get the grades they deserve. My thanks go to them, their families and our amazing staff for getting through to this day. The past 18 months have been some of the strangest I have experienced in education but everyone has pulled together to ensure that our students can take those important next steps in life.
"Our sixth form has been inundated with applications and we look forward to welcoming both old and new faces to Year 12. We have all learnt so much from these challenging times and feel we are in a good place to ensure our students can continue their education safely and with all the support they need."
